$60 isn't that bad, a bit pricy but hell you're paying $60 to play Sonic Forces.

Amazon JP do ship some items wordwide; if these don't fit that bill then there's probably proxy services for it. 

US-based site Tokyo Otaku Mode also got ANIPPON's other SEGA shoes in, so they may well get these in at some point.

I have the physical album that I won through that lottery they had last year. The album is just a regular compilation CD like many others.

 

The only difference is that some songs are shorter and the White Space Jingle is missing some songs.

Main reason is to have the physical scanned for documentation for Retro's Wiki and The VGMDB, I know thats an otherwise "Best of" album and not much of a good hunt to track down the songs in it.
