It seems that the city level for the Custom Hero, which is called "Park Avenue" and we've referred to it as such, is called "City Heights" for Modern Sonic's version of the level.

So it seems that levels will be like in Sonic Adventure 2 and Sonic Heroes, where different parts of the same level have a different name.
