Probably agree with @Razule on them finally explaining how Two Worlds works to begin with. Maybe one of the gang gets sent to Earth after a mission gone wrong and has to work through Eggy's latest plot with some new human friends or something... one that, if left unchecked, could fuck over both worlds, and possibly even the rest of the universe too.

Hoping it's Tails and that the Earth location is Kamurocho from the Yakuza games, but that's probably not happening. If I were a betting man, the Wachowskis - or legally distinct variants of them - will be making their main comic debut alongside whatever the UF's answer to Montana is. As for the star... I dunno. Everyone's been wanting for IDW Shadow to get some humble pie, right?

So on the topic of that movie Tie in, do you guys think they're actually going to try and draw the humans realistically, or try to approximate them in a more cartoony style?

I know the Detective PIkachu comic drew them realistically, though I can't say it looked that great for that.

I'd prefer them looking just a bit more in the Yuji Uekawa, or Naoto Oshima style of humans.

Drew my own interpetation of the style but I know I'm far from perfect.

Honestly, they'll probably be toonified. I know IDW had Ghostbusters running for a while, but I'd do think they'll shell out the cash for Marsden, Sumpter's, and Carrey's likenesses if it's just a one-off. Would love to be proven wrong, though.

Considering he said it with, in his own words, a "satisfied smile," I think it means we're going back to one world with both humans and animals. Ian Flynn has long been against the two-worlds mandate, and he's made that clear in his podcast repeatedly, so I feel like - even if he can't say it outright yet - everything's pointing to a singular Sonic world again.

Favorite things to come out of MegaMan
Think Kyle's favorite might be Quake Woman, but he enjoys how he fleshed out things in well-paced way and included obscure things
Streamlined with clear narrative compared to Sonic, which had little games when started with scattered ideas
It had no new games at time so there was clear roadmap all the way to Legends
While differences in representation, it didn't stray too far with reconcilable differences
Believes it was a bit slow in hindsight and wish it wasn't locked into four issue arc
Wish could've treated less like Sonic in assuming they had them and it'd be a constant
Emerald Spears neat idea in paper that didn't pan out
Xander fell into place of plans for Mr X

FCBD means Free Comic Book Day, if you're wondering. It's this Saturday at a participating comic shop. One of those comics included in the event is a story about Classic Amy and her newfound hobby of drawing comics to chronicle her past adventures.

Thanks for sharing. Just curious because I may be ignorant (haven't read the issue), is there anything pointing to it being a Classic Sonic series?

The way I am interpreting that passage is that there there is a mini series called Sonic Imposter syndrome which is part of the lead up to the conclusion. And that it is just saying you can see (modern) Sonic in the main series.
