How do you use the Super Peelout?

EDIT: Btw, was this already posted?

Magician and Rider are girl robots, huh? Neat.

Also, the Heavies are loyal. Maybe Heavy King didn't betray Eggman's orders after all, and the two were cooperating in the end? I dunno.

This. What does it do, if anyone knows?

Kinda disappointing that the final unlockable is... more blue spheres, my favorites. The HBH are really good though, much better than the Deadly Six.

It mentions that the stone changed them.

Maybe it made King betray Eggman?

Yeah, could be that Heavy King just went berserk as a side-effect of the gem's power, rather than plotting to overthrow Eggman of his own will. The description saying that the stone "loosened a few of their screws" implies that Heavy King just went crazy rather than acted out of disloyalty.

I tried the "Mania" version of Blue Sphere and it added green spheres in the stage.

I think it refers to the original Blue Spheres Stages and the new ones.

Agreed!

Who's everyone's favorite Heavy? Mine's Heavy Magician - she's got showmanship and pizzazz, and I've always liked flashy magician characters. (Plus it was cool to see Fang, Bark, and Bean again even if they were just illusions.)

I like Heavy Shinobi, I'm a sucker for ninja's xp plus Press Garden is just such an amazing scenery for the fight to take place in.

So I guess the implication of the intro is that the HBH were ordinary Egg Robos until they were exposed to the Ruby?

...I kinda wish we got to see Eggman's first reaction to them.

King - Cool Design, his final boss is cool

Shinobi - Cool Deisng, GREEN, Ninja (I like Naruto)

I like Heavy Gunner. He looks like he could lead a group of Cop Speeders through Speed Highway.

Hold on.

The Phantom Ruby, this time-shifting, robot-making, god rock, was just... sitting there, in Angel Island?

Like, it's exactly where Sonic 3 begins. You're telling me that when Knuckles was hiding underground he was around 5 meters next to the Ruby?

Hm.

I think it landed there after crashing down from space

According to Mania devs from the Tails Channel stream, Press Garden Zone is based off of the Meiji Restoration era

Neat.

Spoiler

Between Chemical Plant's jellies and Mean Bean callback and Press Garden's printing and Eastern themes, I have to say I'm very pleased with this game's aesthetics and gimmicks beyond anything else here. I can't wait to play it.

While they have similarities, Infinite and Mephiles are different characters.

The games have the same writer, so Infinite is most probably a refference to Mephiles.

However, with the Phantom Ruby somewhat explained, we can tell Infinite might be  someone being transformed by the Ruby.
