Well, I mean

It has 3D space. It's not especially good, but it has 3D in it. As in, not a series of linear hallways painted differently. Going on that criteria, yeah it's got better 3D.

3D Blast actually has 3D level design.

Forces is essentially a 2D game with the camera behind the character you control.

What does More of a game even mean? I don't care if there's more level design if the entire idea behind how the game plays is complete and utter ass. I'll take watered down Generations over 3D Blast anyday.

The Eggman in Forces seems like he's completely mishandled anyway, so whatever. Maybe I'll be surprised and he'll get some cool moments or something, but eh. I'm really not excited for what they've done with him from what little I've seen this time.
