Aw yeah, this is happenin'!

It's another sing-a-long for the Sonic Stadium, but to something rather more recent. This is the SONIC FORCES SSMB SING-A-LONG event, where we'll be singing to three vocal themes from the new Sonic Forces! How does the sing-a-long work? Simple: Get the instrumentals supplied, sing over them, and send your vocals here. Then your vocals are added to the finished result. Easy, right?! These three songs below are what you can sing along to. You don't have to sing them all, but you can if you want.

With the instrumentals and lyrics supplied at the bottom, you can go on and make your contribution, but there are rules to go with this event. Please follow them, or you will not be included in the finished result.

    RULES:

1. Please send your vocal track separate from the base track. If your contribution contains the base track, you'll have to do it again.
    
2. Do not add any silly or forum rule-breaking comments in your track, let's please try not to vandalise the music. Every contribution will be checked for them. Silly voices might fly, if they aren't too obtrusive. Otherwise, you'll have to do it again.
    
3. Recommended you use a service like clyp.it, Mediafire or Google Drive to send your contribution, then send the link here. Can't risk having your vocals removed before I get my hands on it, can we? These are the best ways to do it. Otherwise, use your preferred service at your own risk.
    
4. Don't take the instrumentals for yourself. Just don't. Please.

        Standard SSMB rules also apply.

Q: Do I have to do every song?
A: No, just those you want to do. Take your pick!

Q: I sing terribly! Is that a problem?
A: It's all in good fun, just put in your best effort.

Q: What file format do I send my submission in?
A: If it's an audio format, it's fine.

Q: Do I send my submissions song by song if I do multiple songs?
A: You can, but I prefer you send them as one. Makes it easier for me.

Q: What audio software do I use?
A: If you want my suggestion, go for Audacity. But anything you've got on hand is fine.

And thanks to help from the Motobug crew, the final result will be streamed on Motobug for all to see and enjoy, which will also be it's premiere before dropping here. I suggest coming by to see!

It will be streamed a week after the due date, on Saturday, 2nd of December 4PM EST / 9PM GMT!

Terrible singing is okay, because it's your best effort, and I won't judge. I'm not that good myself, personally.

Intentionally singing terrible, like singing with a pubescent Goofy voice or singing like an absolute twit, can be a little questionable.

Whatever format works for you. WAV, MP3, FLAC, anything. As long as it's an audio format!

I've been promoting the revival of this idea for a long time, so obviously i'm compelled to be a part of it. Since Forces is relatively new though i'll take a bit to learn the songs better (the lyrics seem to be simple enough, but from what i see it's the tempo the real bitch in some lines). Hopefully my contribution will be decent enough.
Will try to do all 3, but for now i have a bit of doubts on Fist Bump. Will see, i should have some results already today.

This sounds stupid and picky but here it goes. I want to know if you're making solos.

I don't want to make any solo singing if possible since I don't want you to recognise me in some karaoke bar I'm more of a choir-singing type. That and I'll break your ears with my notes if my voice intensity isn't toned down, let's say "Take on Me" and "Forever Young" aren't problems when it comes to the falsetto parts... 

I was in a choir in high-school and I love singing in shower. I wonder if I'll find any place for recording though, singing is one thing but recording without getting interrupted... hoo boy sometimes it feels like asking for a miracle.

Ask for some silence so you can record? I'm sure whoever interrupts you can respect your need to not be interrupted so you can record in peace.

Depends, some people expect me to come running when they've got something on their mind but well...

I could try and book one of those study rooms in university library, but I dunno how soundproof they are...
