Problem with ordering SA and SA2 OST vinyls

Hi,

Has anyone here ordered SA/SA2 OST vinyls from EU shop BigWax on 5.12.2017? I've ordered the signed, boxed edition, and I have a payment confirmation from PayPal, but I didn't not recieve any confirmation from the shop.

Now I'm in a sort of a limbo because my credit card has been charged, I don't have an actual receipt from the shop, and they're not responding to emails. Only contact I've had with them was 3 days ago when they stated on Twitter that they have a lot of different requests from customers.

Of course I could withdraw the PayPal transaction, but I don't really care about the money i just wanted to have to vinyls so badly..

Is there anyone with similar problem here?

The case has been solved today, fortunately everything is OK - they've had to process PayPal transactions manually.
