I think it is, the portal shape reminds me of it, and it's the only snowy overworld.

While I haven't really played their games, I'm a little bit surprised that it's not being done by Vicarious Visions. Then again, it makes sense as they also worked on Skylanders.

Still, hope it's a similar remake to Crash N.Sane Trilogy in terms of quality.

I can definitely see the skylanders inspiration in game. Eh, it still looks gorgeous. Leaked on the day of its reveal though damn that sucks Activision.

It's why I always wanted to see a Spyro game by TFB, they nailed the mystical medieval style in Skylanders, and while it does look a bit ''plastic'' at times, with Spyro here looking almost like a toy with his textures(guess some habits die hard heh), I feel it does fit the world of Spyro pretty well

Well Spyro unlike crash has a market built around the multiple different consoles thanks to skylanders, I’d say that’s why this is looking to be going straight to multiplat unlike crash. There’s already a certainty with Spyro that there’s a base.

The box art uses one of Charles Zembillas' original artwork redrawn, it's so good!

The model in game looks a bit too cute, but goddamn, still looks awesome and expressive. IT'S NOT SKYLANDERS!!!!!!

Visually I’m kinda reminded of Dawn of the  Dragon tbh...anyone else get that vibe? Maybe it’s just the lighting.

I think it's the physique. In both here and DotD he looks less pudgy and his chest is pronounced more, giving him a stronger figure.

I woke up to this. So good. Look at the  LITTLE difference between the PS1 game and the PS4 remake :lol:  Back then I already though these graphics look good, imagine now hahaha

Just confirm Copeland or Tom Kenny and open the pre-order!!!

I've gotta say though, this is already looking very beautiful.

@Jango About the model, that may be because these are based on Spyro 1's incarnation. Maybe Spyro puts on his attitude when you play Spyro 2 and 3?

Can't link right now because I'm on phone, but the game will be OFFICIALLY revealed TODAY, 8am PT, 11am EDT, 3pm GMT and 5pm CEST...

...Same source says it's one year exclusive to PS4... Welp.
