No, Square Enix are just stingy compared to the other 3rd parties. 

I mean,  I get that Burton is union as well,  but Square clearly aren't exactly in a hurry to give Cloud an English VA for this game.

Hope at least the Mii's keep customization. I liked that. But only the Miis. It's pointless for the other fighters. Besides I liked the charged uppercut more than the shotput.

Crunchii (My Naifu discord buddy and professional video game ripper) confirmed the following tracks are returning:

Escape from the City; Seven Rings in Hand; Knight of the Wind; Right There, Ride On; Sonic Heroes; His World (Instrumental); Live and Learn.

We now have 13 of the Sonic tracks known (Now if we can see Sonic Boom and Emerald Hill return and a little Mania music...) 

Assuming all the old tracks return, we'd have at least two new songs (I'm hoping for Friends, Time Trials, Infinite, Studiopolis Zone Act 1, Casino Night, Hydrocity Act 2, Radical Highway, Pumpkin Hill, or another character theme)
