Getting the same topic reply notifications more than once

Ever since the site went down for maintenance, I’ve had multiple instances where the site is sending me the same notification of a topic reply multiple times. In fact, I just now had 17 notifications, all but 3 of which were this.

Please fix this. It’s driving me nuts.

This just happened to me under the IDW Sonic topic. I had 14 notifications all being the same thing under this topic. Now I'm used to 2 maybe 3 of the same thing under different topics at a time but this is ridiculous.

Honestly, it maybe a side effect of all the maintenance that was done. Things should normalize before too long, anyway. So I really wouldn't worry about it, if I were you.

If there is a needed update to the site, the staff will let us know.
