So school has ended for many, the heats officially here, it’s summertime! What are your plans for the season? Going on any fun adventures? Whatever you end up doing post it here!

It’s been hot outside lately! Save me!

As for my plans, I just recently came back from Sonic Revolution in LA where I got to meet a bunch of people, two whom I’ve known online for 15 years! I’m staying with a friend of mine in Boston over the July 4th holiday, and in late July to early August, I’m seeing my family in Baltimore and then I’m off to Scotland for a week. I’m so excited!

It's been years since leaving school.

Anyway, the only plans for Summer is starting next week I'm off for two whole weeks. As in that leaving where I live to go places, haven't planned the exact days but it involves going to the neighbouring city, maybe the other neighbouring city, going to the specialist supermarket to get some food shopping including my tea bags (all out of my green tea and nearly half way used up the other), going to look around a few shopping centres and the local city centre. Due to the state of retail; its most likely looking at a few shops including the almost everywhere CeX, eating in fast food places (because everywhere else is just too expensive to eat and have vouchers), looking yet rarely get anything from charity shops (ditto reason) and going into supermarkets.

Would actually like to go to the Coast for a day, either Scarborough or Bridlington as those are the nearest places. Problem is to get there, have to get up at crazy o'clock if I want to spend some decent time there and there are very few buses to Bridlington. Whether it would happen, have to wait and see.

Outside of that, for the next 2 months or so but technically longer want to get my gaming backlog down. It's been since last September where I was playing games (because I was too poorly to play on them). Did play like the odd game for the past 6 months but barely had time, energy or motivation to do so. Might have the yips.... As for my forced retirement, currently thinking of ways on how I can manage. Got some unfinished business however its going to be tricky of turning into being finished.

Like every summer, I'll be staying at my aunt's house in Washington. What we do there, I'm not sure.

Funny a topic like this pops up.  I've been in the throes of journeying to Italy by car through a scenic route.  Highlights are that Luxembourg city is fantastic, Innsbruck is astonishing with an interesting amount of hipsters and cyclists and Italy has as much pasta on offer as I anticipated.

Gonna visit my dad here in a few weeks. He's going through radiation right now and really wants to see me. More of a precautionary measure than anything, but still...

Also hoping to finally get my novel done and begin sending it to agents and get my freelance writing career underway, which could completely overhaul my life, so I'm either in for an amazing change or a fairly standard summer.

Other than that, trying to keep cool indoors. Judging from how insanely hot this spring was, I'm really worried it's gonna be a historically hot summer.

Currently spending the beginning of my summer saving my money to get an apartment with one of my co-workers. Exciting but also nerve racking and stressful as fuck. Definitely gonna be an interesting summer

I've still got to take care of a legal case from an incident that occurred to me last year which is a right pain in the arse with the other side being wankers trying to get off scott-free. I've also have a couple of weddings to attend to involving my cousins. Plus I have to prep for fall classes when the first segment of the legal case is finally resolved. No way in hell am I going back to high stress retail and warehouse jobs ever again.
