Got beaten by Tracker. I was going to reply something along these lines (plus something about orcas, obviously).

But yeah, this is the exact same scenario as Forces, alright. People aren't being grumpy, they're finally getting real. Forces teased us with that "from the creators of those 2 good Sonic games", which wasn't entirely true. Same thing is happening with TSR, it is Sumo, but not the Sumo that actually made the good games. Then comes the: "you're judging it too early, we only saw 3 tracks". We will judge what we are given, and 90% of the time, people were right, for good or for bad. Unless they keep us updated weekly showing changes and improvements (like Toys for Bob is doing with Spyro Reignited Trilogy), there's no reason to keep "believing" that the game will magically be amazing once it's out. 

It's also important to note the same thing about the story mode. C'mon people... I admit that even Mania's story was pants. But don't keep expecting something more than perhaps one or two pre-rendered cutscene and stills with talking bubbles

Wait hold on when did this happen? I know some people got upset when I said Team Sonic Racing had more characters in it calling me a "But Sonic Manic!" person, but ridiculed? Hardly. 

Also limited locale there's so many different Sonic levels in Team Sonic Racing how is that limited?
