But seriously WELCOME to the team @Blacklightning, @Pawn, and @Strickerx5! I am certain you will get the hang of things in a Sonic second and you will do just fine! :D Among the things you'll get used to among dealing with @Celestia and @Zaysho's constant shenanigans being mods is sleeping on the floor. Sorry, but that's protocol for rookie mods per the rules! :P

Also for immediate advice: the ban-hammer is NOT A TOY! Be very careful when you handle, swing or even threaten members with it!
 
Jokes aside, CONGRATULATIONS on your promotions gentlemen and I really look forward to working with you all :)

Wow this is like a new coming of age for SSMB. Its going to be weird but I'll get used to it. I hope the best of luck for all 3 of you. I'm counting on you as a friend.
