My favorire part of the film is Kylo Ren killing Vader cultists at the beginning of the film. Although its ironic, Kylo is a Vader cultist, who prays/mediates to his dead grandfather’s helmet.

Indeed it does. I mean how does Sidious survive a plunge down a shaft and the Death Star II exploding? 

If they were gong to go Clone, use Dark Empire storyline. But I’d have preferred the Emperor not return.
