What are your favourite level genres?

I would have to say levels with an element of story to them.

Stardust Speedway, Mystic Ruins, Twinkle Park, and Speed Highway. Though it may have something to do with the music in the levels. x3

Any level that seems to fit the story, mostly.

The Ark is one of my all-time favorite levels, not really for level design, but for offering us a look behind Shadow and Maria's relationship from fifty years ago.

But if I *had* to choose one, it'd be sci-fi levels or levels dealing with computers. Mad Matrix is one of all-time favorites; the tunnels that I had to zoom in were so much fun. Final Rush is also a favorite of mine and one I regularly play.

I like all of the styles of levels. They all seem to fit well in the games. But if I had to choose, I would say the Grassy and tropical style is my favourite. My favourite example of this type of level is Marble Gardens from Sonic 3. But I do love all the other styles too.
