Not looking forward to the release of the games next year, it's just too much Sonic in the span of few months, and dust for the other years, it's sadly exactly what I was afraid of.

It's probably sad that I'm having no reaction to this at all. Like, I'm perfectly content just waiting and waiting for some reason.

Probably because it allows me to live within a span of time where I don't know what the next game is and thus I can't be disappointed by it yet.

There's a part of my brain that's just like "Why push for them to hurry up and announce another 2.5D Sonic that you'll beat in a day" most likely.

No playable Tails or Knuckles allowed in these mainstream games still after 15 years. Background fodder and pom poms to cheer on Sonic again for everyone... I'm not eager to rip that band-aid off again.

I'm more excited for that encyclopedia honestly.

Gonna have to second this, tho maybe not as frustrated as I am tired lol. People are tired of waiting for something and are just finding out they don’t have to worry about it anymore for a while, so being pulled around like a rollercoaster isn’t really something I dig. Especially since we don’t have a lot of reason at this point to believe it.

People who need to be aware of the information's validity are aware. i.e. not you. I will not ever make claims that I can't back up to the appropriate people.  I've had this verified and I have no obligation to give you anything else on this matter. 

Dislike how the information is given? Great, that's your prerogative and that's more than fine. I've been detailed enough and i'm not changing the way I give out information just to please impatient, frustrated people like you.

That'd be a fool's errand. They will make the announcements when they are ready. This isn't a hard concept to understand.

I mean, I assume you're doing this in the first place for the sake of appeasing 'impatient/frustrated people'. Otherwise I...don't really see the point? I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve here if you're going to clam up the second someone is skeptical of you. It comes with the territory.

Is that skepticism warranted? You tell me. It doesn't take a lot of digging to see that you're not popular in other communities for similar behavior along with...inaccuracies.

I think there's a good chance that you land on more hits than misses, but only because your leaks lack any concrete details. When Sonic games leak in advance there's usually more specific story details or a good idea of the game's hook. Nobody believed stuff like the Werehog or the OC when those details leaked early but they were real. Do you have anything to offer like that? Because from where I'm standing your blog touches the broadest strokes and specific hot button issues from within the fanbase but not much on specifics as far as the actual products are concerned. IE: this is the type of stuff that you see on CBR or 4chan designed to spread around and get people talking.

If you're so scared of endangering your sources that you can only be as nonspecific as possible I'm not sure why you're doing this at all. The best way to protect them would be to say nothing. If you think SEGA should have the final say on how this is handled then you also shouldn't bother. They're better off doing things on their own terms without you setting fan expectations through the roof.

So, again I'll wrap this up by asking what this is for.

I don't think you're obligated to give out anything, but to be perfectly honest, assuming you've actually been entrusted with sensitive information on the matter it's about time to just shut up if you don't want this kind of attention to begin with. It should've begun and ended with you contacting relevant parties (who probably can't do anything with this information anyway) and not also trying to soak up clout playing pretend journalist. I remember how that worked out for Sabi and I suspect it'll happen to you too, Zippo.

And, no, I have zero interest in whether you're actually telling the truth. Just fucking stop.
