Yeah, Rouge's voice in TSR is weird. She sounds like someone from Alabama doing a bad impression of a SoCal accent.

Also, am I the only one who doesn't mind her 4-Kids voice? I mean, I like her Adventure 2 - Heroes VA better, but I thought the 4-Kids actress did a fine "femme fatale" voice for her.

Amy in Sonic X would be my top pick for most nerve-racking voice if Cream didn't exist.
