It's really good, but there is such an overwhelming amount of great music in the Sonic franchise that I don't know if I'd necessarely consider it one of the best in the series.

Someone give Mitsuhiro Tada a game to compose for. A shame the Sonic OVA is his only credited work. He clearly has a style tailor-made for Sonic.
