Looking for a song parody: (He was the) E.G.G.M.A.N. EDIT: FOUND IT

Years ago (circa 2008, 2009 I believe... has to have been post-2006 anyway, and I think it was before I started college), on a Sonic fansite - possibly Sonic Wrecks, since I think it was a Radio Redux song? Idk for sure - I found and downloaded an amusing parody filk of "E.G.G.M.A.N." entitled "(He was the) E.G.G.M.A.N." lampooning the fact that Eggman had never won. There were lyrics such as "Enslave a great ancient power and rule/Lose control and then run away like a tool" and "All these machines he made for destruction/Fifteen-plus years, no empire" - it was pretty funny.

But I have long since lost the file to computer failure. And now that I want to listen to it again, I can no longer find it online. So many Sonic sites have gone under or shrunk and lost their downloads... If anybody put it up on YouTube, it's buried hyper-deep (I've scrolled through searches for hours trying to find it there). And it's not on OCRemix that I could find.

So, I turn to asking on a forum, Does anybody here happen to have the song downloaded themselves, and would you be willing to send it to me if so?

UPDATE: It turns out that I'd actually burned it to a CD, so I was able to recover it for myself. I have now ripped it from the CD, and uploaded it to Google Drive: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RaibrIjBio9VTka_5UmrGZXeucU_WrEg/view?usp=sharing

I can't remember the artist's name, it's been so blasted long. Hopefully someone will recognize it and be able to tell me.
