So this is kinda out of nowhere. It’s apparently gonna be aimed at 8-13 year olds also, so uh...yeah I’m not sure how to feel about that, given that it gets pretty damn fucked up. But, any attention Square gives to 9 is welcome I guess, so I’ll remain optimistic 

Same, there's also the potential of this series opening the gates for a remake, or IX-2 as the original devs have express interest in doing so
