I think that, so far, rick and morty season 5's episodes have ranged from ok to modern family guy bad. episode 4, to be specific. But i want to hear what you guys think.

Something I have noticed is that they focus a lot more on parodying something from pop-culture and make an entire episode about it. They also do not really tell a story anymore, even in stand-alone episodes, it is just one joke stretch into an 20-minute-long episode. Stuff just happens now in Rick & Morty.

I guess. To be fair, pickle rick is my favorite rick and morty episode, but i feel like that one had a lot more focus then these new ones.
