That was for another concept, the one that seemed to be for an online focused Sonic game, not Frontiers. Apparently Frontiers won't have online at all and will be a single player focused game.

One of those three characters was Bobo. Man, it kinda sucks that he won't happen.

Because I could see a lot of Sonic fans potentially doing some Sonic based Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo references if he were real.
