Looking for the lowest point of entry for Apple Arcade

I run a streaming series on Stadium's official Twitch called "Almost Every Sonic," in which I attempt to play (as the name implies) almost every Sonic game.

With Sonic Racing and now Sonic Dash+ on the service, I'm looking into how I can access Apple Arcade in the cheapest way possible. I don't currently own any Apple products that can run it (and I'm not especially interested in investing for the long-term). I think the cheapest entry point is probably a used Apple TV, but even then, there's the whole thing with some generations supporting it and some that don't.

Trying to pick this apart has been a pain, so I figured I'd throw it out to the community. Just understand, this isn't about whether the two games in question are worth it or that they're similar to games on other platforms. This is about having access to Sonic games I can't get otherwise for the sake of a long term project.
