In all honesty, while it’s at least a decent list with a platinum, it’s disappointing how lazy this is, especially when it reuses the same four icons for all trophies, and there’s barely any individual unique trophies in the four games, especially when earlier releases like CD on PS3 did.

This is probably a weird thing to point out, but I'm surprised they're using "Stinger" for the bee Badniks in Emerald Hill Zone, as that's their Japanese name, and the official English one is "Buzzer".

Geez, even the worst Sonic player in the world could accomplish all of those. Surprised there's not a trophy for collecting 1 ring.

Easy list might have a noticable impact on the sales, there's no shortage of people that buy easy games to make their numbers go up.

Not very interesting or exciting. Especially compared to standalone Sonic CD’s achievements. Oh well

These are just "tracking how many people play the game and how long for" achievements.  SEGA want to know how deep buyers' engagement with the title really is - is it mostly just a collector's item, or are people really playing it, and how?  That's what achievements like this are for.  Player metrics with a player incentive.

rofl what's with these achievements, literally an achievement for pressing the jump button twice for some of these characters. Legitimately even Sonic CD 2011 had some interesting achievements that tested your knowledge of the game:

"Collect 999 rings in Death Egg zone in 3K" would make for a much better-more rewarding challenge.

You better mean 999 from your total in both acts and not just 999 in one, no way I'm doing that lol

I don’t mind an easy trophy list, I just want them to be interesting trophies. Reusing trophy images is insanely lazy and boring, the trophy titles are generic as hell, and the requirements, barring the mission requirements are piss easy and generic. They could have had stuff like finding specific secret paths, or getting Doomsday Zone in S3&K, or even trophies for getting all the emeralds/time stones, or half the random stuff Gens and CD asks you to do as fun little secrets.

Depending on how easy or hard the missions are to get S ranks, this list is perfectly do-able.

I got one: 'Travel backwards up the double s bend in Green Hill Zone Act 1' Anyone else pulled this off without speed shoes?

You know, I know most of us have gotten past it easily by now, but for newcomers, there should have been a trophy/achievement for getting past one of the barrels of doom from Carnival Night Zone quickly.

It's not as important to me as it is to others but I'll parrot what the others have already stated so far. These achievements seem ridiculously easy, as if they didn't really put any thought into this. Anyone could have made this trophy list in five minutes. I'm shocked that there isn't an achievement specifically for collecting the chaos emeralds across all of the games. It only seems like it's a requirement for at least one of the games?

After platinuming Sonic 1-3 plus Complete on RetroAchivements, it's refreshing to have a list not made by sadists. Little bummed by how dull they are, but hey, easy plat.
