Why does my game do this when I get to Ares Island?

Here is a screenshot for you. It basically doesn't load a lot of the map. It seems like structures mostly. It's really not immersive and really annoying. What is happening and how can I fix it? Is this a graphics card issue? Anyone else have the same issue?

 

edit: its not letting me load the screenshot. (File too big) but essentially buildings, structures and some terrain is just striaght up missing and it looks like some things are invisible. Wondering if its a graphics thing… or a glitch others have seen.. def a bummer.. want to fix asap. Thanks!

Not sure what you are playing on but had similar on Steam Deck. Had to reduce the framerate from 60 to 30.
