New workable guidelines for Shadow

So apparently, the mandates that made it hard for Flynn and Stanley to write for Shadow, due to making him so two-dimensional, have been reworked, hopefully for the better. The article is here in Sonic Stadium. Some of you might have read it, but discussing it might be a different story.
