I mean, age play, much? D=

Heh yeah, good point, I was pretty surprised that Rotor would go for someone who was that much older than him.XD

Maybe it was Cobar's winning personality?^_~

Maybe he was just joking about it. At least that's what I'm hoping for.

I can't stand the idea of Rotor shacking it up with some old echidna. *Internet fanfiction comes to mind*

I have to admit I did kind of recoil a bit when I actually saw Cobar ^^; He certainly does look rather like a... senior citizen, one could say. Maybe it's a unity of convenience? Rotor can build contraptions to help Cobar in his old age, and in return get whatever state benefits Cobar's entitled to? XP

In all seriousness, though, I can quite easily see Rotor as being either gay or completely asexual. I can't actually picture him with any interest in girls at all, now that I think about it. As for whether it was approached in the right way, that's debatable... but personally, I like that it was seemingly a minor thing and not a central plot point. It's just something new to learn about the character, and I'm definitely pro-diversity when it's done in a subtle way like that.

Is it something we needed to know about Rotor? No. But it's not bad that we know, either. It shouldn't have to be a huge secret as long as it's not all blaring sirens and neon lights either.

I'm sorry, I know this is not what you meant, but I could not read that without thinking "Rotor builds cyber-Viagra to help his ailing partner find his mojo again."XD

Darn it now there's soda all over my computer screen, I hope you're happy.

I can never watch SatAM again.

It would explain why his original name was "BOOMER."

AHHA.

I feel like I should be ashamed and proud all at once!:D

Can't believe I didn't think of that!XD

Why am I always the set-up for your bad jokes, Blazey? XP

Actally, I can't really picture Rotor being sexually active much if at all (I know, I know, why even THINK about that), so... I can picture his relationship with Cobar being more one of companionship and comfort than a physical one. Makes it a little easier to stomach, anyway ^^;

Maybe we just have a hidden comedic chemistry.XD

To be honest, before this revelation, I would have seen Nicole as Rotor's most likely partner, what with them both having very logical way of acting and thinking, and Rotor's technophilia.

Hey, maybe the Cobar's actually a robot, and he switches out of the "old man" body when he needs to make whoopie.XD

I'm impressed at how you found the perfect expression for Rotor, Indigo.^^

Excuse me while i bleach my brain guyz.

Okay, while this is absolutely HILARIOUS (srsly can't stop laughing), I fear I'm aiding in derailing this topic somewhat, so shall we try to get somewhat back to a sensible train of thought? ^^;;;

Hmm...

I have kind of wondered if Rotor and Antoine would have made a good couple had Ant not eventually hooked up with Bunnie. I suppose Rote's shy/reserved personality would be an interesting comparison/contrast to Ant's more energetic, somewhat wacky persona.

I can't see Antoine leaning that way, if only because he'd been hitting on Sally since forever before he hooked up with Bunnie. And it would be just TOO much to make him cowardly, French AND gay XD;

Nevertheless, Rotor probably WOULD have the patience to deal with him... odd as it may seem.

I guess that would make him far too stereotypical.XD

"Hey Rotor, did I ever tell you that ze Jerry Lewis is ze comedic genius?"

Nevertheless, Rotor probably WOULD have the patience to deal with him... odd as it may seem.

Makes sense to me.^^ Reminds me of how calm Rotor was in that once SatAM scene.

"A fuel?"

"Yes, a fuel."

"Huh?"

"Sigh...a fuel is a stupid person."

"Oh, you mean a fool."

"That's what I said! A fuel!"

Dudes, he's just a fag who likes fags. Quit harassing the poor guy about his lifestyle choice.

GENTLEMAN.

That's a pretty hilarious and well-drawn pic, Rat Man.^^

Anyone got any other ideas for potential partners for Rotor?:3

My girlfriend and I decided to ship Rotor with Meowth from Pokemon. It's probably best if you don't ask :D

... okay okay, we just thought it would be cute if Meowth curled up in Rotor's lap and purred while Rotor was working, and it went from there.

But ridiculous crossover pairings aside, I could see Rotor having a gay leaning but not actively looking for anyone. He seems like he'd be pretty content just getting on with stuff and helping people out when he can with his skills without the complications of romance.

I think that's hot, oddly enough.XD But then, I'm a sucker for feline characters.

Yeah, I suppose he might be too laid back to actively pursue someone.

Now if Cobar was the one who pursued him...:3

Edit: Oh man Indigo, you sure have a knack for finding suggestive scenes.:D
