Fan Animation Fan Team Aims to Revive Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog With New Animation

A Sonic fan cartoon, NAoStH is being created! It's been in development for quite a while but now it's finally getting into the animation production stage. The episodes will be downloadable in .exe format with DVD style menus and features.

According to lead animator 'Samba', short 30-second long sketches will be released while the team tests the rest of the animation. These sketches will aim to show off the art style and voice acting.

The project is titled NAoStH (New Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog), and is a bridge between AoStH, SatAM and traditional SegaSonic. Samba says, "AoStH was the only cartoon to ever stick to SegaSonic and not contradict it, so we have a new series with more stuff from the game, character development, and more accuracy to the game."

An image of Sonic in the NAoStH style was shared with us, which you can see below. It mostly involves Sonic's AoStH style, but with his SegaSonic hairstyle. It sort of looks a little bit like his design from Sonic Underground.
