Rumor Are These The Games We Will Get With Sonic Mega Collection?

A list of games that are apparently included in the upcoming Sonic Mega Collection have been published on a number of websites. Intensity Mag and Gamecube-Europe have reported on a tip from SEGA of Japan and have shared what they heard. Check it out below.

Sonic The Hedgehog (Genesis - 1991)
Sonic The Hedgehog 2 (Genesis - 1992)
Sonic CD (Sega CD - 1993)
Sonic The Hedgehog 3 (Genesis - 1994)
Sonic & Knuckles (Genesis 1994)
Sonic 3D Blast (Saturn - 1996)
Sonic R (Saturn - 1997)
Sonic Shuffle (Dreamcast - 2000)
UNCONFIRMED: Sonic Drift (Gamegear - 1995)

The games to be included are some of the main platformers from the Genesis, but... come on Sonic Team. Theres so much you could have included to make this game very impressive. Such as Knuckles Chaotix or the rare arcade games Sonic the Fighters and SegaSonic Arcade.

Also, if you're gonna have Game Gear games included, why Sonic Drift..? Let's hope this list is not final, and that there'll be more games added before it's released.
