David Hayter to Start Entertainment Firm

Solid Snake voice talent David Hayter is partnering with film producer Benedict Carver to create a new entertainment company.

The firm, set to be named Dark Hero Studios, will have interests in film, TV and videogame production.

Both Carver and Hayter aim to finance the studio independently, and have begun to talk about strategies for creating a portfolio of film assets.

“David will create, write and direct movies and TV series for the company,” said Carver. “But he'll also be a magnet for other writers and directors to work with us.”

The duo have yet to discuss details regarding the game production arm of the business.

This sounds pretty good, and let's face it, they'll never need to employ anyone for voicing the lead roles of their games.

Curious as to what kind of games they'd be doing. Wouldn't be surprised if they'd work with Konami a lot.

As for voice actors...Yeah David could do a lot of the main characters if he wants and has the time. But his voice wouldn't be good for everything though.

It's a video game to movie conversion (If they were to do it). There aren't even any CGI films based on games that work, let alone live action ones. It will suck donkey balls if they do it.
