SSR: The Sonic Hour 511: Svend’s Home Alone

With Rory ill and thus out of action, Svend hosts The Sonic Hour on his lonesome tonight. As well as random Sonic music, much noise is made about how great Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg is, and Shadzter/MK Skillz’s upcoming Sonic Relief charity drive. More details to come as the time nears for that one. Oh, and Svend clarifies that yes, he did know about Bentley Jones doing the Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing theme song last week, despite the RickRoll.

Special guest for the week is Elson ‘Darkspeeds’ Wong, but the initial hookup goes awry in classic TSH style – the audience can hear Elson and Svend, but Svend can’t hear Elson! After some trickery, business is resumed and the Aussie artist talks about his Ryo Hazuki-esque adventure, which continues in his work at the Casino. Apparently some dude got some good luck at the ironically-named ‘Crap table’.
