# Big surprise is multi-platform. And it goes down in about 6 or 7 hours.

# This speculation is crazy! No, Sony and Microsoft are not merging to take on Nintendo.

# The surprise does not happen on a panel.

*removes the train tracks several hours ahead of said hype train*

If you ask me, it's doing them a favour. It was bound to crash anyway. Muahahahaha

A big surprise in two hours, eh? Better keep my hype down so I can be pleasantly surprised when the awesome comes along, or just say "meh" if it turns out to dissapoint.

What is it with game developers and teasing us? I'm getting excited for this new title, whatever it is. ^__^'

It saves them the trouble of making awesome, expensive advertising campaigns.

Come to think of it, I kinda miss the awesome, expensive ads now.

*starts humming "Genesis DOES"*

In all due seriousness, shouldn't the announcement have happened by now?

That can't be right... that was already announced at 2008.

He was being sarcastic. Just that its hard to pick up on the internet usually unless its in BLOCK CAPITALS with loads of exclamation marks at the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, the Twitter site now says it's Modern Warfare 2.

Crap. I was expecting something new and original. Oh well.

Great game =/= Big Suprise. Especially as I already predicted that this was going to happen eventually :P It'd only be a surprise if no-one believed a sequel could be made. Thus, failtrain.

Tldr version: This journalist doesn't know what a suprise is, and hyped us up unnecisarily because of that

Wouldn't call a new CoD a surprise at all.

Still need to play the first Modern Warfare. In the large drowning of FPS games where something like Halo can be given a gold star, I can't help but be sceptic.
