Pop Genesis, they were a big Prog Rock band back in the 70's when Peter Gabriel was the lead vocalist and Phil Collins was just the Drummer and backing vocalist!

Avenged Sevenfold: A Little Piece Of Heaven

I like this piece of music because the sound of the song changes so much throughout.

I’m not sure what it’s about, but I think the lead vocalist sings about killing his girlfriend and turning her into a vampire or zombie. It’s either that or he sings about killing her and having sex with the corpse.

Regardless of the meaning of the song it’s the style of music and the vocal sound that I like the most.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica - Ending Theme

In another chat, someone linked me this youtube clip, consisting of an ending theme to an anime I never before had watched along with some cool pictures. I started watching the anime. Only twelve episodes, so it was sort of short, but very unique and well worth my time.

This theme still goes through my mind when I just think of the anime. Really strong theme which I find quite addicting. ;>

I'm listening to OFWGKTA at the moment... so far, while rough on the edges, I see alot of untapped potential in these guys (especially since everyone in the group except Frank Ocean isn't even above the age of 20...!)
