Thanks, dude. I've been trying to get closer to that kind of style without losing my own flavor or whatever it is. I want to make stuff that looks and moves a lot like that show. Really bad. ;_;

That's the last of my illustrations I did for the book, btw. I changed the robot one to say "Poetry" and made this one "Prose" since prose is the main subject of the book and this one was infinitely prettier / more important looking. :y

I just wanted to pop in here and say that last night right after Sonic's 24th anniversary, my friend Isa wanted to draw Sonic, but instead me and my friend Silva decided to completely derail the whole everything and ruin the broth with terrible, terrible ideas.

From that cesspit came her invention.... Sparki the Fig Newton.

 

From that point onward, I was convinced. Sparki would be the face of a new generation. A new world, where fruit cookies of questionable quality rule the government and our entire world order. Sonic, Crash and Bubsy's child would tear the world apart with his big meaty mouth.

 

 

 

Sadly, he died shortly after for unknown reasons. Thoughts go out to his family.
