So I was watching the SEGA TGS video on ustream.tv (here's the link to it BTW:http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/9675277) Ok, and when sonic colours theme Reach for the stars came on, I realised. its the full song. so, I watched it a couple more times, and copyed the lyrics down. Heres the result:

hmm repeative. ofcourse that won't be my judgement at all

the guy who sang it in the trailer was great! and i loved the song in the trailer.

but the Singer in TGS just looks like an attempt to look cool to other people at TGS [he was good too but not as much as the singer in the trailers and i also think the Song in the trailer is going to be the 1 in the game, so this is a plus. i don't think the singer at TGS will Sing].

Yea, Soz bout that! Let me just say, the guy who's singing it cant make he's mind up if he's singing or mimicking the song.

The guy at TGS kept mumbling words and starting wrong verses.

The only new lyric that sounded right was "The world is flying right before my feet, got no regrets inside of me."

But I feel like the second part is wrong because he was just repeating himself.

Oh, that was just plain embarrassing. He was so off-key and his voice kept breaking and half the time he didn't seem like he knew the lyrics to the songs he was supposed to be singing. I really feel rather sorry for him ^^;

Good job with the lyrics, though! I just really wanna hear the professional version in full...

Find it weird they played the full version myself, it was an awesome song. Wish the guy would learn the lyrics. Wonder what the other Sonic Colours song they played was....

The other Sonic Colours song that was played was probably the Ending theme, since in the TGS video they kept referring to 'Reach for the Stars' as the Opening theme if I heard right.

In a video taken at PAX 2010 (where that other horrible recording of Reach for the Stars came from) the singer mentions that they were doing two songs for the game so it's probably a safe bet to assume that the new song is being sung by them as well.

I can't wait to hear more of the Free Riders song as well, I wonder who's singing that..

I think we'll have to take those lyrics with a pinch of salt for now, seeing as the guy singing at TGS was just... umm... bad.

I'll wait for the full official version.
