HOMESTUCK.

"Read Homestuck!" my good friend said, "C'mon, man, just read it already!"

 

I put it off for years. My friend's incessant insistence that I read this webcomic - along with seeing its legions of vocal fans - sent me straight into the throes of hype aversion, and as such I wanted nothing to do with this mess. Then I finally buckled down, read it, and thought it was pretty good. Welp.

 

Current Progress: Just finished the first half of Act 5, getting into the second half now. I do like the trolls a lot, but I'm one of those weirdos who honestly liked the main four kids a little more, and I kinda miss them. Hopefully they'll appear again soon!

 

So far, my favorite kid (and overall favorite character) is Dave, and my favorite troll is either Karkat or Eridan. Whole cast is pretty great though, and I'm definitely looking forward to finding out what happens next.
