KrazyBean
Here's hoping. Add that to my concerns list- I'm worried that we won't see Hydrocity, my favourite level from the entire series. Any water stage will do to be honest (Lost Labyrinth from S4 could be exceptionally awesome), but Hydrocity would just be PERFECT. If Hydrocity isn't in it then...I'll love me some HD Aquarium Park goodness!

Carbo
He's one of the high prolific VAs in the industry, amongst the ranks of people such as Robin Atkin Downes and Nolan North. It's good knowing that Sega finally get the chance to invest in some actual high quality VAs for what is their flagship franchise. Say what you want about your preferred voices for Sonic characters, but Sonic and Tails at least finally got VAs who can, y'know, actually act worth a damn. EXshad
Alright, at this point, I feel confident enough to list my concerns for both gameplay styles so far, and this is probably final for me: Modern: -Needs tighter controls. Unleashed and Colors were a bit ridiculous in the 3D segments, and because of how Sonic just glided over surfaces, the levels were designed to be super-narrow. I wanna see bigger 3D areas, and I wanna be able to have Sonic feel like he's actually running this time. -Bigger 3D areas in later levels. Come on. I can't speak for the fans, but I myself want to see the game really take advantage of transferring classic levels to a 3D plain. I want it to FEEL like real, bona-fide 3D, like we're able to explore these levels in a way we originally weren't able to when they first came out. Please don't take that away from us, Sonic Team. Classic: -It's a bit silly, but I hope they hot-button the B/O button to be for ducking/rolling, like how the square button is for the spin dash. It'd make things feel more balanced, take advantage of more of the controller, and with only the D-pad and 3 buttons controlling Classic Sonic, it'd truly feel like you're playing on a Genesis controller, as well as giving the player to either play with all of Sonic's moves hot-buttoned while they only have to press right or left to progress, or to play the "classic way". -I know the move-set Sonic will have will be inspired by Sonic 2, since that game had the moveset Classic Sonic is most usually associated with, but I hope they giving Sonic the Sonic 3 assortment of power-ups. That game had the most power-ups available for Sonic, the prime suspect being the elemental shields. Hell, I'd be happy with just the green shield and electric shield from Sonic Adventure, as long as 1) Classic Sonic has a means to attract rings to him in the same way that Modern Sonic can [i.e., running past them], and 2) that the electric shield will actually react realistically when touching water and, y'know, dissipate upon contact with it). I've wracked my brain, but so far at least, that's really I got. I've got my fingers crossed for this one. Edit: WOOOOOOOOT!!!! 1000th post! I'm a certified oldbie now Edited May 23, 2011 by EXshad

Ruby Havoc
Just one and it's for Modern Sonic: Dash panels everywhere. Now I really don't have a problem with them but I feel there are too many of them.. Some of them seem very unnecessary especially since the boost takes forever to run out. I noticed in the new footage we got that at least two of them got taken out which I am happy about though.

Chris Redfield had a pretty so-so performance in RE5 if you ask me, but that we probably more the writings fault than it was Smith. Still, DC Douglas is still cooler. Eternal EX
Only thing that bugs me now is the rolling. EVERYONE has said something negative about it. The jumping seems fair. I mean he's fat. lol You can't really make fat sonic jump as easy as modern sonic can you? But seriously it seems like they took Colours jump and made it a little heavy. But that's just from what I can see. EDIT: And how overpowered the spindash looks. I don't ever remember it being so BOOST like in the past after one rev. Indigo Rush
The only concerns I have are C. Sonic's apparently nerfed rolling physics and overpowered spindash. They aren't deal-breakers, but I think it's something that should still be fixed. Fixed bouncing height is something I'm fine with actually, since the levels are designed with it in mind. It'd be nice to have 1:1 Genesis controls, but a little change here and there is okay. But the rolling physics should lose the friction, most definitely. I think it'd bug me while playing. Somecallmejohnny
Minor nitpick, but I'd like to see Badnik Bouncing return. It won't make or break the game for me, but it was something I always liked doing with enemies and monitors.

EXshad
At this point, I have little to no concerns. Modern Sonic's control scheme looks good, the frame-rate's tight, City Escape is vast, AND Modern Sonic controls a lot tighter while moving slower (apparently)! My only concerns now are that Classic Sonic controls smoothly and isn't either too floaty or too heavy compared to the original, and that both Sonics handle similarly enough physics-wise so that the transition from Classic to Modern doesn't feel TOO jarring. Beyond that though, I'm pretty pleased, I just hope the level and boss list doesn't disappoint
Blue Blood
I'm a little concerned about the rolling to be honest. It really should let you pick up more speed, and the instant spindash might be a tad over powered. C.Sonic's jumping too could do with being a little floatier too, in the sense that you shouldn't start descending as soon as you let go of the jump button. It's not a big issue, but it would make the world of difference if it was to be adjusted. The other concern I have about C.Sonic is how they're going to handle his level design. GHZ looks really good, but CE looks almost like something out of Colours. Almost mind you. It's got more slopes and what not. They just need to be careful to make sure that not just the classic stages have old style level designs. Also, I'm not concerned about the 3DS version. It's going to be shit, and the only real thing to worry about is the critics rating it higher cause it's all 2D. 123654
Is it petty that I'm concerned about the possibility of Sega adding '06 stages? >_>
Speederino
I'm not really concerned at all, to tell the truth. Classic Sonic gameplay AND Unleashed/Colors gameplay as well? Hell yeah, I'm sold. Though I do hope it's a little longer then Sonic Colors was. Now I AM concerned about learning too much about the game before release. Back when Colors was being hyped up, I learned about every Zone, every Wisp, and had even seen or read a good chunk of the dialouge. I loved the game, but there were no surprises in store due to overexposure before release. Hell, I already know more then I would like. I know about Green Hill Zone, City Escape, Launch Base, Spagonia, Casino Night...at this rate I'll know everything in two months. I want to be able to play the game and be able to shout "OMG IT'S THAT ZONE!!! WHEEEEEEE!!!" Trouble is, sometimes I come across information when I'm not even looking for it. Like I'll go to Destructoid or somewhere and get a reveal right in my face. Is it petty that I'm concerned about the possibility of Sega adding '06 stages? >_> Edited June 11, 2011 by Speederino
