I'm still holding out for any potential Limited Editions or even some pre-order bonuses before I put anything down.

Still, 4th of November would be lovely.

The 4th would be great. Early November ftw. Somehow though I'm guessing we'll see M&S 2012 Wii in early Nov and Generations later in the month. It's always good to put a pre-order down early for the price guarantee and then cancel it if a special edition of pre-order bonus rears it's head.

HMV's also opened pre-orders for the Wii version of M&S 2012 and they have the same November 4th date down, so I'm guessing they're just using that date as a placeholder for now, since all SEGA's saying is November for Generations and M&S 2012 Wii.

Play.com has opened pre-orders for the HD versions and they have the release date down for November 25th 2011. They're currently pricing the game at £32.99.

They have the EU box art too, which is the same apart from the 'playable in 3D' notice being a bit different on the Xbox 360 version.

Yeah a few places have had the EU boxarts up, but I don't think that they've had then in as high resolution as Play. Anyway Shadz, you wanna take over this topic now? I'm gonna be leaving the subsection pretty soon.

I'm still holding out for a 25th November release for UK since games in the UK always get released on a Friday and 25th is on a Friday so I think they will go with that release date plus it would be a great birthday present I think I've already said that in this topic though XD

The Hut group has now opened pre-orders for the 3DS version and the release date has been updated from January 6th 2012 to November 18th 2011 on all versions.

Well I think I'm gonna wait little more, maybe there will be a special edition or something. Last year i made a pre-order colors too soon and later they announced the special edition it made me little angry.

Sonic Generations coming November 11th in Europe?

We've only heard November from SEGA so far and this is just a member of the press, but it seems odd to just outright say an exact date.

And I asked about pre-ordering the 3DS version in GAME (OH GOD WHY) and their computers wanted £40 just to pre-order it, so they said come back soon to check if it's fixed.

Since they're listing the exact wording of 'Collector's Edition' from the fan art, I'm going to say they've stumbled across that art and made the mistake of thinking it's real. I'm going to wait for something more believable.

Saw this earlier, and was wondering whether or not to post it. I'd LOVE a collectors/limited edition, and expect there probably will be one. Is it possible retailers have heard about it officially, but aren't supposed to be listing in until a certain date, and thus this place has gotten confused? I dunno how these things work. Either way, the use of fan art is kind of funny.

I can confirm that, I just called in to check the status of my preorder to make sure I was getting the DLC content, and the date they gave me was 11/1/2011. So yeah... can't wait
