Oh, I knew how to duck so he wouldn't throw me off, but even after I figured that out, it was still physically hard. The more dead he was the more insane amounts of shit he threw at you. I could never get him below 4 or 5 health.

I remember not beating the Bomber Barbarella boss as Blaze because I never knew how to get up the arms fast enough, but not due to death. I picked it up a few weeks ago, had another go at it for laughs...and defeated it in one go.

I didn't beat Sonic Rush or get the last Chaos Emerald. Sad thing is, I let someone else do it for me and it took them a whole ten minutes. Including passing the last special stage, final boss for each character, and the extra boss. TEN. WHOLE. MINUTES.

I've noticed that I also share many of the same confessions you guys have... :'3

1. I like Sonic X and recorded most of season 1 and 2 on VHS.

2. I read Sonic fanfiction.

3. I look up Sonic fanart and I save it to my computer and/or upload the images to photobucket.

4. I have raised over 220 chao in SA and SA2. I bought multiple memory cards JUST to raise more chao.

5. I eventually bred for and reincarnated for an all-S grade chao.

6. I have one immortal chaos neutral chao at age 43 (that's 129 hours of game time and he only aged when I was in his garden).

7. I like Shadow.

8. I like Classic and Modern equally.

9. I've printed out all of the lyrics to the theme songs of the Gamecube Sonic games.

10. I have imaginary adventures in my head about Sonic and his friends.

11. I also have a few fan characters (can't draw though). I'm sad to say that some are recolors and/or godmodded. >_>

12. I'm trying to 100% Sonic 2 and someday, Sonic 4 and SADX. I'll buy others from PSN eventually. xD

I do this too. Once I discovered the fabulous site called Pixiv I started saving pictures and stuff. Because of it, my Sonic fanart folder is somewhere in to 80's and by far my largest series fanart folder. .__.;

Yeah, I'll admit it-I've done that when I was younger. I think I'm growing out of it, because I'm not sure if it actually made me faster or not.

Oh... I forgot this one. I created a club for Sonadow (Yes Sonadow) fans at DA. No BS. However, I quickly learned that maintaining a club is no cakewalk! I relinquished ownership a long time ago and now I no longer support the pairing.

As each day passes I feel a stronger and deeper connection to Sonic... I.. don't know how to explain it. I... I just can't get away from him, no matter what! (Not... that I don't enjoy it.)

I just... I'm drawn to Him. His world. Everything.

This doesn't even feel like obsession (I think this is though).... trust me, I've been through it with Pokemon. This is NOT the same as last time!

(At one point I think I compared the two to the whole Shoulder Angel VS Shoulder Devil thing... if you know me personally, you can figure out what that means.)

EDIT: for some reason it's even stronger past midnight... (I wish I could remember my dreams, but it's been hard to do that lately since I keep getting WOKEN UP by someone/something)

EDIT AGAIN: By day, I'm just a normal fangirl... but come midnight... things get weird for about an hour, it's like I'm BECOMING Him! ... and it feels so... RIGHT. and after the hour so so has past, I'm left in a state of confusion and awe. for some reason I mumble "Sonic..." just as I'm falling asleep...

And No. I'm not some friendless otaku. Not anymore. Not like when I........ (blah, I'm goin to bed now)

Baking Blue Potatoe, that doesn't sound crazy to me - but then again, I relate all too well to this kind of thing. Without pushing you in any direction, I'll just suggest that you look up soulbonding and/or otakukin/fictionkin. There are plenty of people who feel an uncanny connection to fictional worlds and/or specific fictional characters. Sometimes it's just a vague feeling of 'belonging', other times it's a more personal connection, as though you either feel you have a link with a character or that in some sense you ARE that character. Some people believe it more literally than others. They tend to get called crazy, but eh. If you wanna chat about it any time, hit me up =P

So yeah, I'm gonna 'fess that I'm a fictionkin/soulbonder type person, but I think that's already pretty well known, especially to anyone who watches me on LJ etc >_> *Ducks*

I don't know if you do this too, but I kind of have a mental-friendship status with some of the Sonic characters (though, mostly Sonic, because he's just awesome). I hate to use the term 'imaginary friend' because that makes it sound childish and simple, and it's really not that simple. At any rate, I don't think what you said sounds crazy. I can't say I've experienced the exact same thing, but I'm totally on-board with the whole deeply-immersed-in-Sonic's-world thing. And quite honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. I think if it was anything but Sonic, I'd see it as an obsession... but as it is, I feel I can relate it on such a level with my own experiences that it's kind of MEANT to be like this, and wow I think I'm going to stop now because I just realized I could ramble on for pages about this.

I suppose I've only got two. When I was but a wee lad back in the 90's I constantly quoted lines from SATAM. The second secret being (and I hesitate saying this) that I think that Sonic Colors was a fluke. Yeah I know, but it's the first and only 3D Sonic game to hit so many marks for me.

1-Actually likes Silver. Loves his design and powers. Just feels he got his debut in the worst possible game.

2-Still believes Sonic can work as an RPG and even has a whole planned game idea in his mind about it and sometimes plays it on his mind.

3-Used to support SonicXBlaze shipping for god knows why. (Now I'm completly neutral and indiferent about any pairing)

4-As a kid, believed AoSTH, SatAM and SU were part of he game's canon.

5-As a kid, he believed Tails was a girl. In my defense, Tails spanish transation nme was "Colitas" (Little Tails), a name that sounded prety femeniner and his pitched voice didn't help eather.

I completely agree, because I think the concept of Silver is nice, love the color palette, haha. If the time traveling story was simplified and his character was a little re-worked, I'd probably love him.

I'd like to forget all my horrible Sonic Secrets. I am very much ashamed of them. That part of me is dead. I killed all my fan characters off, erasing all evidence of their existence, except the porn, I won't feel good about that until I can burn it. I ain't even furry anymore (I wasn't much of one in the first place).

In addition, I no longer blindly defend the series when it is criticized, even when it is deserved.

I don't blindly hate on everything Sonic related that isn't the game canon, I have opened up to the comics and cartoons. ( though apparently that IS something to be ashamed of. )
