You know what, I think you're right. In fact I recall BLACKbusterCritic gushing over Sonic Colors when the gameplay was first released. That's odd...

And on top of this, I recall PaperBatVG constantly favoriting and thumbing up videos that have to do with Sonic Generations.

As frokenok3 has pointed out in the status box, you can now download one of the game's trailers from Xbox Live. I've just downloaded it and watched it, but even though it's labelled as an E3 2011 trailer, it's actually the old Green Hill Zone gameplay trailer, not the E3 2011 City Escape trailer.

You can put it in your Xbox Live download queue here:

Oh wow, didn't realise the trailer was up for download. It's good to see the game in motion on my 360. Gives a more accurate idea of how it'll feel look and everything. And it looks great.

The only Sonic games I was ever really disappiointed in was Sonic Shuffle and Sonic '06 cause I got my hopes up way too high and the game didn't turn out to be what I expected. All the other games I'm either feeling neutral, don't care, or I'm hopeful but I've learn not to get too excited.

It's great to see the trailer finally available to a broader audience, but it was a hell of a delay. Still, it's great fodder to get hyped for the upcoming demo!

I still enjoyed Unleashed despite the werehog. I was pretty optimistic about Sonic 4 for the first 3 or 4 months it was announced but the fans constantly complaining about Sonic's eye color and Sonic's character model pretty much killed it for me.

Gamespot have just put up a recording of all of Sonic Boom, just now. Best thing is it's all in pure HD with very clear sound.

Anyways, GHZ Boost remix from Generations pales to the live version. The heavy guitar added so much. Jun Senoue is awesome.
