Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (Or titled Ultimate Mega Drive Collection if that's where you live) was a collection of released games on the PS3 and the Xbox 360. This was exactly what'd you expect from a "Ultimate Genesis Collection" (Yes, it does include genesis games). It came after the original Sega Genesis Collection. This one had 48 games, with games like Bonanza Bros, Streets of Rage, etc, and a ton (seven, well it is eight if you count Flicky). The list of them are: Sonic 1, Sonic 2, Sonic 3, Sonic & Knuckles (No, you cannot lock it on), Sonic Spinball, Sonic 3D Blast/Flicky Island, Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. The game also featured bonus materials such as interviews and box arts of the games/developers. The titles were their 16 bit variants
The removal of the lock on titles are due to time constraints. They had to pick between the bonus games and the lock on features.
